I rarely gaze at a stunning landscape and feel compelled to capture it on film. My eye is drawn instead to the relationship between objects, to the beauty of a detail, to the often abstracted but always present landscapes within our reach.
This series was photographed over time during walks through the markets and vineyards of a small village in the south of France.
